These type of houses have 70mm wall thickness and 130x70mm section beams with double slotted ends, that are wire reinforced.
The floor slab -base- is 20mm thick and the house built on 90x70mm barer-grid.
The house inside has a rustic character, as the 20mm ceiling linings and 140x70mm beams are visible. The roof covered with shingles for warmer climates, without insulation.
To customer’s choice, we can insulate walls and ceiling and this way the building can be used thru all seasons.
